**You must be 18 or older in the state of Illinois to be tattooed.
**All tattoo services are non-refundable.

**ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A PHYSICAL, VALID PHOTO ID SUCH AS:

- A PHYSICAL STATE IDENTIFICATION CARD
- A PHYSICAL DRIVER'S LICENSE
    or
- A PHYSICAL PASSPORT

We cannot accept photos of legal documents or any form of military identification.
